Membership cancellation clause: 

If you wish to exit from our training package before the minimum term of 8weeks is completed, there will be no refund for sessions that have already been used and the minimum amount (balance agreement) must be paid in full. However the remaining term (including the cost of attendance) may be transferred to a third party.

If you are outside of the first 8Weeks or Challenge term on a 12month contract a 35% upfront payment of the remaining amount applies if you wish to cancel your membership in the case where you can’t manage to sell it to someone else.

I agree to honour and fulfil the terms and conditions of this agreement as set out below including but not restricted to:

• I understand that once the minimum term has been fulfilled my membership payments will continue on a month by month basis unless I inform FitFusion to cancel my membership. A 7 day notice of cancellation is required.

• I agree that non-use of the facilities or services at FitFusion does not mean non-payment or a refund.

 

Membership ‘on hold’ period:

• 8 Week memberships = No ‘on-hold’ periods within this membership.

• 12 Month membership = Within the period of 12months you get x3 ‘on-hold’ periods where you can stop payments from coming out for up to 2 weeks at a time. A minimum of 7 days nottice is required for payments to go on hold.
