WHO CAN SIGN UP: Anyone that's participating in or signing up to any of the FitFusion Sessions/Programmes. The joining fee of $100 applies to all participants + your weekly training rate

Our coaches are fully qualified in Sport Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology, highly experienced (12+ years) and are here to help you succeed!

Before and After:

How to win:
There will be 1 Major winner and a second prize winner for the one who scored the most points
- Major Winner = The person that loses the most % fat mass and gains the most % lean mass (determined by a scanner).
- Points Winner (Mystery Prize/optional)= The person that scores the most points from the below mentioned activities.
- You need to complete the following to be in the running for this prize;
- Before & After Fitness Test
- log 4 minimum workouts each week (using a heart rate monitor of choice - borrow one of ours if you don't have your own).
- Score bonus points for completing the bonus 'health & fitness Challenges on your challenge members page/score sheet'.
Rates (Challenge Entry + Bootcamp Sessions)
- $100 Sign Up Fee+ $39.50/week for unlimited sessions
- Mates rates - Join with a mate and get unlimited sessions a week at the 2 sessions a week rate + train for free until the challenge starts (special available to new sign ups only).
Current clients = To join the challenge rates will be $39.50/week until the end of the 10weeks.
BOOTCAMP TIMES & LOCATIONS
MORNING:
Mon, Wed, Fri: 6-7AM
Wintec city campus parking building off nisbett street. PArking outside the building on the main road and walk your way up to level 4 or 5 (Don't park in the building).
AFTERNOON:
Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7PM (+ 1 bonus HIIT session on Tuesdays at 6-6:45PM until 2025). - Check your booking app 30min before session start time
Drive through Gate 2 Hamilton Gardens to the bottom carpark on the right on non rainy days.
If it rains, drive through gate 1 carpark where we'll walk together to the undercover function building/white tent. Come dressed in a rain jacket and cap/hat.
IMPORTANT
1). If you would like to trial a first free session before commiting to the 10week challenge please get in contact before 15 May or before spots sell out.
2). We need a minimum of 12 people to commit to the challenge for it to go ahead.

4). You need to be a member or sign up to one of our programmes (Personal Training, Bootcamps) to be able to participate in the challenge
5.) The $100 sign up fee applies to all members (excluding Early Bird special).
6.) Once you commit to the challenge you are locked in for the 10weeks. No refunds for unused sessions.
