My name is Tanya Kong and I can offer you 13years of experience, training a wide variety of individuals, backed up by qualifications in 'Sport Science' & 'Clinical Exercise Physiology'. I can get you results if you're willing to put in the work.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING/ FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Unlock your full potential with a personalised blend of functional fitness to build power, endurance, agility, stability and mobility. Whether you're training for sport or just everyday life, we'll help you move better, feel stronger, and crush your goals!

YOUTH ACADEMY
These sessions are designed to introduce/progress youth to fitness, sports training and healthy habits. It typically includes age-appropriate workouts, skill development, and coaching to build strength, coordination, speed and mind muscle connection on top of a solid foundation of good form!

What's Included In Your 6Week Membership
1. First initial Prescreen/Movement Screen, Goal Setting & fitness test ($150)
2. 45-60minute sessions where a personal trainer comes prepared with a programme based on your goals and fitness level ($105/week for 6weeks)
3. 6 Week minimum memberships available. We are here to help you succeed and 6 weeks is the perfect time frame to start seeing results.
